Coutts has been based at Castle Hill since its founding, specialising in non-residential property for the last 30 of those years. For most of those 30 years, Coutts was known as Coutts Industrial - in 1954, we dropped "industrial" from the name in recognition of the great proportion of office and retail work we do, in addition to industrial. In 2010, Westside Industrial was acquired by the owners of Coutts. Westside had been a specialist industrial agent, based at Arndell Park, Blacktown since the 1980s. With a highly regarded team, Westside's reputation was built upon its ability to use its network of contacts throughout the western and south western suburbs (especially, Arndell Park, Glendenning, Smithfield and Wetherill Park) to achieve excellent results for its clients. Westside has recently been re-branded as Coutts Westside, in recognition of its close working relationship with the Coutts Hills office, and the desire of many of our shared clients for expert advice and assistance across multiple geographic locations. In 2015, the owners acquired the business of Statewide Industrial, and promptly re-branded the office, based prominently on Victoria Street, Wetherill Park, as Coutts Wetherill Park.
