Each glasshouse is equipped with the latest irrigation technology and frost protection heating systems allow for continued cropping 12 months of the year. The vast size of the farm now allows for easy continuity of supply even during the winter months and more importantly the holiday season where large volume and steady supply of high quality local produce is what our customers can depend on. Grown under glass this baby lettuce comes with a crisp and sweet flavour, much cleaner and sweeter than traditional outdoor grown gem.
