As a Counsellor, I offer professional assistance to people who are troubled - whether in their personal lives or at work - or who may be looking for a way to develop their potential to the full. Counselling is an opportunity to talk about what concerns you and to be listened to, without being judged. Talking with a counsellor can help you explore possibly difficult, confusing or painful emotions and experiences. There are many reasons why someone might want to come to counselling such as depression, stress, anxiety, bereavement, relationships, work, anger or simply just feeling lost. Whatever your reason for coming, as a counsellor I am trained to help you explore your issues and to help you to work out ways of living your life more positively and constructively.
