With offices in Keokuk and Fort Madison, our highly trained and diversfied staff collectively offer over 96 years of professional counseling experience. Counseling Associates also provides Integrated Health Home (IHH) services in both Lee and Des Moines Counties for individuals receiving Medicaid benefits through the Iowa Health Link plan. This service offers a dedicated team of professionals working together to provide whole-person, patient centered coordination of care for adults with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI). Your team will work together to assist in the management of physical and behavioral health services, help to create a whole health treatment plan just for you, focus on good health and total wellness, provide Peer Support services, 24 hour access to care and promote on-going recovery and resiliency.
