Effective Thursday 3/26/20, CCAA will run in minimum esse... ntial operations status until April 9th, 2020 at the earliest. Sales scheduled for this time frame are to be determined. Minimum essential operations will consist of the following: There will be no business office access. Phones/messages will be answered 9am-1pm Monday-Friday as staffing permits. There will be no lot access. Check-In/Stock-In will be limited to Monday-Friday 9am-1pm. Previously purchased vehicles with payments on file and gate passes printed will be released Monday-Friday 9am-1pm as staffing permits. Inspections/CR's will not be available. Redemptions will be available by appointment as staffing permits. All Buyer payments must be made electronically or mailed-in. No office access. Titles and seller checks/payments must be mailed in and will be processed as staffing permits. Transportation department will be closed. Arbitrations must be submitted electronically- by email or text to office number. Any vehicles sold after March 16 will be subject to 60 days for title arbitration instead of 30.
