With more than 30 years experience in local government, Cath has recently moved from interim to the permanent role as Corservs managing director. She started her career as an apprentice but became chief finance officer in Cornwall Council, Cath is a qualified CIPFA accountant as well as holding an MBA from Warwick Business School.
