Cornerstone Geotechnical was conceived and founded as a geologic and geotechnical engineering company. Rick and Chuck worked together for nine years prior to starting Cornerstone Geotechnical in 2000. The personnel at Cornerstone Geotechnical have background experience in soil mechanics, geotechnical feasibility and design, geologic hazard evaluation, field inspection, and soil testing. This experience has been applied to residential subdivisions, multi-story commercial complexes, water and sewer utilities, litigation, and landslide projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.
