Core Research are a Manchester based team of Probate Genealogists, specialising in identifying living beneficiaries entitled to claim a share in the estate of a deceased relative. Sometimes a person dies without leaving a will and has no known next of kin. Legally that person is deemed to have died intestate. When this happens, their estate is liqu... idated and held by the Treasury Solicitor until an entitled beneficiary makes a claim. Most beneficiaries we contact are completely unaware of their entitlement. We specialise in tracing beneficiaries and making them aware of the situation. We then collate all relevant documentation and submit the claim to the Treasury Solicitor. The process can become time consuming, typically taking anywhere from 3-18 months to complete, depending on the circumstance.
