CORE Group operates a structured mentorship program launched in 2018 that connects experienced members with young professionals, facilitating career development and deepening collaboration across the organization's network. The mentorship initiative has successfully convened over 30 mentor-mentee partnerships, demonstrating the organization's commitment to building the next generation of global health leaders. Beyond mentorship, CORE Group maintains an active Young Professionals Network that formally engages and supports future innovators in community health and international development, welcoming students, interns, and early-career professionals aged 21 to 35. The Young Professionals Network emphasizes engagement, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and structured career development opportunities, with leadership roles available through a Co-Chair position that allows emerging professionals to shape the network's direction and activities.
