Elizabeth received her Bachelors degree in History and Secondary Education and her Masters degree in Counseling from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in Grand Forks, North Dakota in 1985. Elizabeth is admitted and licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin and the U.S.... District court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
