In the years that followed I have handpicked a group of loyal sub-contractors that I found to be the best group of craftsmen in the Charlotte area. At the beginning of your job, with the subcontractors' input, I will draw up a time line establishing a completion date and provide you with milestones that will help the company monitor the progress together. This schedule will also provide you with deadlines on choices you must make such as selection of cabinetry, plumbing and electrical fixtures and other finishes. With the subcontractors' and vendors' pricing and a list of realistic allowances for the finishes you have not yet chosen, I will present you with a budget for which I can build your project.
