COPIA's mission is to serve a purpose bigger than our selves. To that end, we look for clients who either serve a larger mission-national security, homeland safety, education of children, health and wellbeing, civility and equality-or are seeking ways of becoming the best leaders possible of whatever mission they serve. We believe that excellence i... n leadership is both possible and a mission in itself worth working towards. Examples of missions we have served include: The US Intelligence Community - in a wide variety of capacities and at several agencies, we have assisted the IC to grow better leaders, run better training courses, examine their culture, and lead change in a constantly shifting international arena. The Health Industry - clients ranging from the National Association for Children's Behavioral Health to NYU's Langone Medical Center to the Regulatory Affairs Professional's Society have worked with us to hone the capabilities of their executives to develop cadres of new leaders. Education of Children - 25 principals in the current DC Public School system have benefited from group and individual coaching with COPIA, and we are expanding our presence in the DC Public Charter schools as well as non-profits working with DC to increase family engagement. Organizational development and leadership engagement in a wide variety of other clients, from Homeland Security to the National Science Foundation to al Jazeera have felt the impact of COPIA's coaching and facilitating dialogues.
