At Cooper Properties we have owned and managed rental properties in the Ohio State University area for over 20 years. The owners are the Cooper brothers who all graduated from Ohio State. Garth Denlinger has been our property manager for more then 15 years and we first met Garth as a tenant in one of our properties. Cooper Properties provides safe, affordable housing in the best campus neighborhoods. The owners are engaged in the business and visible on campus.
