The woman behind the cookie mascot is known by the name Ally. Having worked for Whole Foods Market and graduating Le Cordon Bleu, she's learned a lot about baking, special diets and nutrition. Passionate about healthy eating and sweets she decided to create Cookie Mei. Our baked goods and other desserts are always hand made. Our food is all vegan a... nd all natural (or organic whenever possible). We will never use any ingredient you can not pronounce, that's a fact!
