ConXts Technology Solutions

ConXts was established in January 2001 by three partners to provide technology services, support and products to Northeastern Oklahoma. Formerly known as Southern States Systems (est. December 1999), Travis Flake, Srdjan Nozica, and Shelby Medlin began their business during the technology depression that resulted from Y2K and tech bubble bust. Rath... er than flooding the market with services that most companies could provide, they chose to pursue both the education and small business markets. Oklahoma schools and districts receive funding to update their technology needs at the classroom level every school year. Beginning in 2002, ConXts began providing support and delivering technology hardware to two school districts in the Tulsa area. Since then, ConXts has added over 59 schools to its roster. Mr. Flake personally oversees the implementation of each individual school's technology plan, which includes the internal cabling, as well as the crucial software that allows students to surf the web safely. Although starting small, ConXts' business partnerships have grown substantially in recent years as well. In 2002, ConXts had 30 relationships, but has grown to over 180 relationships in 2006. In addition, ConXts' partners firmly believe in supporting the Tulsa economy by spending locally as much as possible. In doing so, ConXts strives to support other small business as well. ConXts is now one of the largest Solutions Providers as well as the largest personal computer and server manufacturer in the state of Oklahoma. Additionally, Travis Flake, President of ConXts, has been recognized by The Association of System Builders (NASB) as one of the top system builders in the United States.
