Our inter-disciplinary skills have enabled us to successfully complete a wide varity of architectural projects ranging from beautiful home extensions, bespoke new builds and conversions to commercial units and offices. CBD were recommended by a colleague, once contacted they promptly came and surveyed my property. We discussed possible designs and I left it with them to come up with proposals, I was quickly presented with a choice of detailed drawings - CBD took care of the planning and building control applications. I project managed the build myself and found the plans and instructions easy to follow which made the whole experience quite enjoyable. The finished product turned out better than I had imagined, making good use of the space available. I have had numerous compliments on the design, build quality and overall look of the extension which in no small part was as a result of the ideas, drawings and plans prepared by Conwy Building Design.
