Doug Shock, is a property manager with over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial property management. Doug deals with the day to day operations of the business. He is a graduate of the University of Baltimore. Mike is a property manager with over 25 years of business management, construction and commercial property experience. He is also storm water pond maintenance certified. Mike is a graduate of Eastern Nazarene College. He has been with Conway Management for over 12 years. Angel is a property manager with over 20 years of commercial and residential experience. She is also storm water maintenance certified. Angel is a graduate of Towson University. Marilee is a project manager who assists with the day to day operations of each property to include architectural requests, maintaining database for HomeWise documents, violations and community pools. She has been with Conway Management for over 10 years and is a graduate of James Madison University. All property managers must keep abreast of new trends and the economy to meet related problems that may arise.
