Howard is a Managing Director of Conventus Capital. He has over 30 years of trading experience on Wall Street as Managing director of Merrill Lynch and partner at First New York Securities. Among his various areas of knowledge is trading in Japanese and Asian equities. His enthusiasm to start Conventus Capital is based on his three pillars of propr... ietary trading lowest cost to trade, highest payout, and ethics and honesty. Neil began his career on Wall Street with Merrill Lynch in 1989. After a 15 year tenure, which included running trading desks in both NY and the UK, Neil left Merrill to pursue opportunities with HSBC, and then Morgan Stanley. Neil partnered with Howard and Simon in 2011 to establish Conventus Capital. Neil enjoys utilizing his strong skills of risk management and recruiting successful traders to the Conventus platform. Neil and his family live in Northern Westchester where he is involved with several local charities and is a volunteer ambulance driver for his town. Simon started work in 1984 as a trader on the London Stock Exchange for Smith New Court. After moving to New York in 1993 Simon joined Merrill Lynch where he worked until 2002. In that time, Simon spent two years in Argentina helping set up and running the Merrill Lynch Buenos Aires office. In 2002 Simon left Merrill to join First New York Securities where he was a partner until 2011 which is when with Howard and Neil he set up Conventus Capital LLC.
