The HR Specialist is managed by Damian Hoath (CIPD Associate), an HR professional with over eleven years success in providing strategic and operational HR advice for organisations such as Barchester Healthcare, Electrocomponents, Esri Software and Barclays Bank. Having worked in various roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager and Employee Relation Specialist he is well placed to provide services across a broad range of HR disciplines to growing businesses. Whilst GDPR compliance spans across all business functions, two of the most impacted areas are contracts and HR.
