Our interdisciplinary care management teams (including the member and/or guardian) build on community and family supports by adding network services as necessary, to enhance our members' quality of life and personal outcomes while maintaining stewardship of public funds. This is made possible by our robust provider network, which includes over 1,900 quality providers in 40 different categories of service.
