Some organizations retain us for only specific stages of the implementation, such as Project Initiation/business case/Internal Audit/Awareness and Embedding Culture - while others prefer to engage us for end to end services. We also help organizations test the effectiveness of their plans and procedures. We have extensive experience of participating in Audits in the domains in which we specialize. In the area of BCM, we are approved Technical Experts for the BS 25999 implementation audits. Our consultants have participated in the audits of 2 of the first 10 organizations in the world to be certified against the BS 25999-2:2007 standard. We run and participate in conferences across the globe.
