The appearance of the product is excellent, with a great installation crew that was friendly and willing to help with any questions. They were alll of the workers were very friendly and very knowledgeable because i am a retired construction inspector. We had a hole in the side of the house and they had to fix that mess. All very nice and polite and I want more work done. Ill be back for windows. Installer did a great job in spite of the weather. The job site was cleaned at the end of every day.
