Contante & Sonante is an independent record label, founded in 2004 and based in Madrid, Spain. We create and release limited editions of otherwise unavailable adult contemporary music, recordings we believe will be of interest to collectors. Our titles are manufactured in pressings of as few as one thousand copies, and each individually numbered li... mited edition title is deleted from the catalogue once its announced pressing limit has been sold out. For each title we announce edition-pressing limits that we think will cover all of the waiting collectors. If the eventual demand for a particular title far exceeds the announced edition limit, we will consider re-releasing it. We apply an edition-style number to each and every individual item. An edition-style number would appear, for example, as "0382/1000"; this would signify that the item was the 382nd of a limited edition of 1000 copies. That individual number can be found on the back inlay of each item. Bookmark this site to keep up-to-date on all our activities. Here you can find background info on the artists, sample selections, and the size of the pressing for each item. Browse through our wares at your leisure, but remember that our titles are sold on a "first come, first served" basis until the pressing limit has been reached.
