Consultative Resources Corporation (CRC) was founded in 1981. The company has its roots in the world of innovation and creative problem-solving methodologies. Two of our founding partners were consultants at Synectics, Inc. in the 70's, engaged in training business professionals in the Synectics Creative Problem-solving methodology. Believing that... an effective 'consultative' salesperson means being an exceptionally good problem-solver, they started CRC in the early 80's with this focus. Over the years, our programs have evolved from this beginning, but still remain true to this original premise. They also remain dedicated to helping the salesperson retain the training and its learning. This is accomplished first through the pre-customizing of the course to the client's needs to be completely relevant to their sales calls: relevancy is key. Secondly, we use video to practice and self-critique role play so the students can later review their own individual styles and recall the critical principles of the training.
