He graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California and Cum Laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas. Dr. Kelly is board certified in two areas: orthopedics and musculoskeletal ultrasound. His clinical interests include sports medicine, concussions, vestibular diseases, postsurgical repairs, cardiopulmonary, stroke and Parkinsons disease. Dr. Kelly has been in private practice for over 17 years. He returned to Houston in 2014 after practicing in Los Angeles for 6 years with a specific focus on sports medicine. In Los Angeles, he was Director of Physical Therapy at VERT Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation in Reseda, California where he focused on treating professional NBA, MLB, PGA and, collegiate athletes. Upon returning to Houston, Dr. Kelly has taken the experience that he obtained treating professional athletes and applied it to all age ranges to accelerate functional recovery and return them to their life activities.
