Mr. Werley has worked in and around the construction industry since the 70's. His career started in interior design, majoring in architecture and furniture history. Always a salesman and promoter his career led him to a marketing position with a building material supply company rapidly advancing to Senior Marketing Director and eventually CEO, doub... ling the revenue. Responsible to owners, he led companies to success through market development, financial management and training, in companies that ranged from $10 million to $70 million in sales. Out of the frying pan into the fire, led him to general contracting where he built restaurants, retail outlets, renovated schools, grocery stores and a college business school building. With these tools Mr. Werley started Construction Managers Group in 2012. Having hired hundreds of people over a 25+ year career he is well aware of the frustration and commitments that make up this process. I never had enough time, and my results early on were abominable.
