Gilles has championed many causes and developed a reputation for working tirelessly on behalf of his constituents. Gilles is intimately aware of the issues that matter to Northerners. From the fight to expose the water crisis in First Nations communities like Kashechewan, and ongoing efforts to save forestry and mining jobs in the region, Gilles works diligently to be a strong, effective voice for the North at Queen's Park. Here in our community, Gilles and his staff appreciate the privilege and responsibility that comes with serving the people of Timmins. From helping constituents deal with WSIB or ODSP concerns to working with local community groups and municipalities with their funding and program applications, Gilles and his team take pride in going the extra mile for our community.
