Construction Management Services include the following scope of works: a. Pre Construction Services consisting preparation of cost studies, estimates and cash flow analysis; development of work programs; preparation and / or review of contract documents, evaluation of bids from Contractors. b. Works Engineering Services during the construction period consisting of inspection, coordination, evaluation of work accomplishments including claims for payments submitted by Contractors, cost evaluation of changes in the work, maintaining pertinent office and jobsite records and files. c. Construction Supervision Services consisting of canvassing of prices securing proposals, review and evaluation of bids on owner-supplied materials, equipment and other specialty works not covered by the General Contractor contract including management and coordination of the same and all other works during the construction period. The Construction Manager shall assume full charge of the work and shall furnish competent personnel consisting of civil, sanitary, electrical and mechanical engineers, clerical staff and other technical personnel including jobsite office equipment and supplies necessary in the prosecution of the work prescribed herein as follows: 5.
