Consolidated Equities Corporation (CEC) is a privately owned real estate investment firm formed in 1994 and based in Lutherville, MD. Value is created by changing real estate and CECs mission has been to identify undervalued and distressed real estate assets through both qualitative and quantitative means and restructure them to yield the highest l... ong term return for the investment. CEC has achieved its goal through the depth of its understanding of real estate valuation coupled with its network of contacts in the areas of finance, local and national developers and related businesses. The creation of value results from a thorough understanding of fundamentals and in-depth analysis coupled with the vision to see and create opportunity. Through timely acquisition, repositioning, redevelopment and in some cases disposition we have generated exceptional returns with limited downside risk. Our primary market area has been the Baltimore Washington MSA and CEC assets have included multi-family, office, retail, light industrial and land development sites. While historically most of CECs development is 100% owned by its principals we have entered into joint ventures with carefully selected partners that share our same underlying values.
