Conservation & Development Appraisal Ltd (CoDA) was formed in 1990 as a multi-disciplined Engineering and Architectural practice. CoDA operates as three divisions, CoDA Structures, CoDA Trasportation and CoDA Conservation. CoDA is now led by directors Jon Lawrence, engineer, and Michael Devenish, architect, and incorporates a multi-talented staff.... CoDA Structures specialises in consulting structural and civil engineering for commercial, industrial and residential development, encompassing structural surveying, environmental assessment, development appraisal, brownfield site reclamation and ground investigation as well as civil and structural engineering design. CoDA Transportation offers its clients the expertise and resources to embrace a whole range of transportation commissioning incorporating research, surveys, junction analysis, junction design and construction information. CoDA Conservation are consulting architects for works to Listed Buildings including, where necessary, elements of development appraisal and masterplanning, structural engineering and for other work of building conservation generally, towards the rehabilitation, restoration and reuse of fine old buildings.Read More
