Conscious Roots was founded by Nady Persons (left) and Porscha Williams (right). They've dedicated their entire adult lives to the pursuit of equity and inclusion in the US South. Nady has 15 years of experience coaching adults and designing professional development experiences and large-scale events. Porscha has 9 years of experience leading and d... eveloping adults in various capacities. Together they started Conscious Roots in 2017 when they recognized a huge gap that they uniquely could address. They found that most adults simply don't have access to world-class, accessible, highly applicable, and honestly riveting diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice development. Thus, Conscious Roots was born. They're shattering the mold of what diversity trainings are all about one workshop at a time.
