Connect Plus Property Solutions was founded by Simmy Abraham. Based in Melbourne Connect Plus brings property development, advisory and project management under one banner for select partners and clients. Simmy graduated in 1986 with a BSc (Building) from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. After relocating to Israel with... his young family in 1989, he spent a number of years actively managing development projects for offshore investors including a water park in Tel Aviv and a number of residential and commercial projects in central Israel. In 1992, Simmy purchased a real estatebusiness in Raanana, Israel which he built up over the following ten years. With a transactional flow at the time of approx. US$60 million per annum, the business specialised in real estate brokerageand management, and became well known for its personalised service and thorough advice. The business was eventually sold to management who continue its operation until today. When in 2001 Simmy decided to relocate his family to Australia, he chose to live in the worlds most liveable city Melbourne. Not long after his arrival in Australia he joined Deal Corporation, a property development company that shared his values, vision and passion for property. Focussing on delivery of quality developments throughout Melbourne, Deal Corp developed a reputation for smart site selection and efficient delivery of high end projects. At Deal Corp Simmy worked together with a proven management team to deliver projects ranging from residential apartments and townhouses, to commercial and retail centers. A hands-on focus on the complete development cycle was a contributor to the successful delivery of many projects.
