Condor Solutions Ltd. was founded since 1980 in Medicine Hat, Alberta by Gerry Connick. Gerry built the business by traveling through every small town in Alberta on a regular basis to form relationships with "small town" Alberta customers. He made sure that all customers were looked after and were successful in upgrading through several generations... of products. During these years he was able to form relationships with larger accounts such as the Federal Government, Taco Time, Humpty's, and Robyn's Donuts, with the advanced features of the Vectron product line. n 2007 he sold the business to Dave Appleton who took the company to the next level of modern-day technology. Realizing that to be prominent in the POS business in Alberta and to further grow the business, he looked for presence in Calgary. In 2009 Condor Solutions Ltd. merged with Bow Valley Business Systems. Ed Grbac, the owner of Bow Valley Business Systems had built a strong customer base in Calgary in the previous 20 years and the two companies joined to become one larger, stronger and a more experienced POS company. Since 2009, Condor has added some significant software such as; Future POS and Autostar. Larger accounts were further added, along with some very skilled people to enable the company to be a major presence in the Alberta marketplace.
