Jennifer began her construction career at the age of sixteen, when she incorporated Wildcat Rentals of Iowa, a bare rental equipment company specializing in skid steer rentals. She is an accomplished equipment operator. Jennife... r graduated with honors from the Creighton University / IWCC Dental Hygiene program in 2000. She worked as a hygienist from 2000 until 2014 when she returned to the construction industry as the business manager for Omaha based Roll Enterprises, Inc. Jennifer has an extensive background in health, safety and DOT compliance. When Jennifer is not working she may be found in the gym, her kitchen or at her Lake of the Ozarks home. Jim Coons is the Managing Partner of Concrete Placement, Inc. and is the most experienced concrete pumping professional in the Kansas City area. Jim started pumping concrete in 1975 as an employee of J.E. Dunn and Sambol Construction Services. Jim was an employee of the original Concrete Placement, Inc., founded by Ed Lothamer in 1977. Jim operated concrete pumps, ran the service and parts department, trained operators, wrote and implemented safety programs, sold pumping equipment and managed all field operations. Jim help grow the original CPI from three concrete pumps to over one hundred, when CPI merged with Brundage Bone. Jim served for over ten years on the Board of The American Concrete Pumping Association and was elected President of The ACPA for three terms. Jim has been an instructor at The Midwest Concrete Industry Board Course on concrete construction. Jim was presented the "Pioneer Award" in 2006 as one of the persons who has promoted and grown the concrete pumping and placing industry in the United States.Read More
