Toowoomba's historic buildings and is the centrepiece of the campus where the newly refurbished Concordia Function Centre is located. The magnificent avenue of Norfolk and Bunya pines enhances the presence of the two-storey building, complete with wrought-iron lacework, lead-light windows and cedar fittings and doors. The Concordia Lutheran College catering staff were attentive, professional and went over and above what we had expected for breakfast. Our meal was amazing, beautifully presented and all importantly delicious. A range of teas and coffees, fruits, pastries, cereals and a plated hot breakfast was the perfect start to our day, and if I could go there every morning for breakfast I would! Thank you to Concordia Lutheran College for the hire of your Function Centre for our recent Zonta International Area Workshop. The weekend was a great success, in part due to the wonderful venue, great AV facilities and delicious food. We found all of the staff extremely accommodating of any requests that we had.
