Its sole purpose was to provide competent computer support to small business - those companies with fewer than 100 employees. Wayne positioned CSC to be "your part-time IT department". CSC works as a partner with our clients, not as a traditional IT vendor. We purchase tech... nology as an agent on our clients' behalf, rather than selling products and services to them. We have no profit motive in the hardware that we purchase for our clients. We use Managed Service Provider (MSP) tools to create efficient and effective management of our clients' systems. We utilize ConnectWise for ticket management and provide an easy method for our clients to submit and monitor service requests. We utilize Logmein Central, Logmein Pro and Logmein Rescue for server monitoring, remote support and adhoc remote login. We provide BitDefender for anti-malware software which we support via their Cloud management console. We are a Microsoft Silver Cloud Productivity partner and have over 600 supported seats utilizing Office 365 for these clients' Exchange server, instant communication, file sharing and desktop Office subscription needs.
