It has constructed global on-line mass storage and communications systems for Naval Aviation Inventory and for Ocean Surveillance. CCCC has also specialized in software engineering tools. It has developed Internet-based tools for analysis, documentation and browsing of large scale software systems. CCCC also provides Internet programming services using Java and CORBA on the World Wide Web, for intelligent, complex, electronic commerce and intranet applications. CCCC has served in recent years as an incubator to establish projects and new companies in new technology areas.
