The founder and principal engineer , JoAnn Du, is a registered professional engineer in multiple states, with in-depth experiences in FRP composites design, stress analysis, finite element analysis, support structure de... sign, composite fabrication and testing. Formerly served as engineering VP of a leading FRP manufacturer that is both ASME RTP-1 and Section X accredited, JoAnn is very familiar with the most current codes' and standards' requirements on design, fabrication and testing. She has designed various types of shop and field fabricated FRP equipment including scrubbers, stacks, storage tanks, and chimney liners for customers in the chemical processing, waste water treatment, power & energy, metals & mining, pulp and paper, and other industries. The experiences of working in a FRP shop with over 54 years of history in manufacturing custom filament wound and hand layup FRP products have given Composite Services the advantages to provide our customer with safe and practical engineering solutions. We take pride in our designs which are economical and fabrication friendly.
