The Complexe Sportif Guimond provides a unique and modern concept in Quebec offering under one roof all the necessary facilities for the practice of our national sport, hockey. The Complexe has 3 ice rinks of 2 different sizes for more leasing availability, one being LNH-standard size rink and the other two of smaller dimensions (130 x 60). Each ic... e rink is available for private training lessons (or group) to upgrade your skills, for hockey games organized by our team or for your hockey association or for social purposes. The Complex is also an oriented off-ice training centre equipped with high performance equipment such as a skating treadmill to upgrade your speed skating techniques and a fitness room for players who want to improve their physical peformance and muscular training. The Complexe has its own Hockey Academy providing a wide range of development programs for players of all ages and levels, supported by renowned professional trainers. Each program was designed by Bob Hartley and Denis Chalifoux and has limited spots available in order to promote quality learning.
