This is a new position in an organization with a unique approach to development. This position is responsible for devising and carrying out a multi-faceted fu... nd development plan including, building a donor campaign/donor cultivation strategy for one of the company's newest programs, managing the company's fundraising activities, & the launch of a corporate giving program. This joins a highly successful & sophisticated set of other successful revenue strategies (grants & contracts). Will work in collaboration with the Executive Director, leadership teams & grant writers to create a fund development & marketing plan to increase revenue to support the strategic direction of the organization. Will actively monitor trends in the community/region & adapt marketing and fundraising strategies as necessary. The Chief Philanthropy Office (CPO) will work directly with the CMTV14 to oversee their overall revenue development efforts.
