We have worked with manufacturers, distributors, and enterprise customers in all aspects of DWDM network implementation from planning and project management to equipment installation and turn-up. We maintain quality equipment to determine Chromatic Dispersion and Polarization Mode Dispersion in the planning phase of DWDM projects. Because of our focus on network transport, our extensive inventory of diagnostic tools and test equipment enables us to quickly and accurately diagnose network problems. Employing the latest test equipment and continually updating education and experience in problem resolution, enables CCG to perform acceptance and certification tests of network elements and complete networks with a high degree of confidence as to the accuracy and validity of the results. Current inventory includes test equipment for transport from DDS/Subrate (56Kb) thorough OC-192. We maintain state of the art equipment for LAN analysis up to 10Gig, both physical and logical layers. We provide contracted customers with off-hour (24 X 7) network monitoring, problem determination, repair coordination among vendors, and on-site assistance when applicable. CCG uses a "single-number" point of contact, with back up, to insure minimum response time to all emergencies. Ten full time technical staff, along with a number of contractually committed consultants, are available to provide our complete range of our services.
