Founded in 1983 by a group of experienced commissioning engineers, we provide the complete commissioning and documentation service in all sectors of the construction industry to contractors, consultants, developers and end-users.... We have been at the heart of the development of the commissioning management role in the UK for the past 20 years, working directly with CIBSE and BSRIA in the development of the latest codes and application guides for commissioning. We were founder members of the Commissioning Specialists Association, the body formed to regulate, develop and promote the commissioning industry throughout the UK; and maintain an active involvement as corporate board members. The company has developed to operate throughout the UK and Europe, employing over 60 technical staff from offices in London and Colchester. The company has two main divisional offices, each responsible for a particular area of our services. Each division has at it's head a managing partner, supported by projects directors. Our Colchester office, headed by Ron Lightfoot, is responsible primarily for 'hands-on'commissioning services in the UK and Europe.
