Through diligence, hard word and commitment, we have built long-lasting partnerships with our clients. Brothers Steve and Jim Lesko founded our company in 1988. Since then, our clients have come to count on Crystal Clear Building Services, Inc. to keep their total environment in tip-top shape from cleaning services to janitorial products, landscaping and window washing to total facility maintenance. They also count on us to use the latest technology and equipment for a superior clean. With over 40 years of combined cleaning experience, the Leskos have also brought their expertise to the residential client, using a new, chemical-free technology that is safer for children, pets and the environment. You can utilize this same green technology-along with earth-friendly cleaning products and recycled paper products-through our Go Green program. We offer this comprehensive array of services today because, over the years, our clients have asked for them-and we listened. We've made a major investment in our company's future by expanding into a new 12,000 sq-ft. facility spacious enough to accommodate additional supervisory and office staff. The expansion also added 8,500 sq. feet of warehouse space, allowing us to carry a large inventory of janitorial service products, as well as the most advanced maintenance equipment. The additional warehouse space allows us to purchase in volume, which in turn allows us to pass along savings and provide same-day stock replenishment.
