Columbia School

Columbia School is a private, bilingual (spanish-english),nonsectarian institution for students for K-12 . It was founded in 1956 by Katherine Kane Sullivan, a north american educator from New Haven, Connecticut. The school building which houses close to 400 students is in the midst of Belgrano R, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the nort... hern area of the city. The school also includes a country campus of twelve acres, Mi Campito, thirty minutes away, with fields for sports,horticultural , farming experiences and camping activities where city children can get in contact with nature and develop an ample ecological attitude. Columbia School believes that people are our best asset both our student body and staff. We work closely with families through individual interviews, class meetings and parents workshops organized by our department of institutional psychology.
