CCS is a very personalized service offering a second set of eyes on your family member or friend. We keep the family informed and up to date with current concerns, helpful suggestions, and happy stories. We assist family members by acting as a team with our clients to: Provide support and communication Be there when the family member is unavailable Help to relieve stress Navigate the health care system Embrace hope and remain positive while being completely realistic We help individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia to: Stay mentally and physically active Regain confidence Live their best life Thrive rather than just survive!
