Formed in 2013, Coastal Payroll Solutions, Inc. is a payroll service provider located in Wakefield, Rhode Island. The founding shareholders are practicing CPAs and have decades of small business experience that encompasses accounting, financial reporting and payroll. They have seen other payroll providers not properly handle the complexities of pay... roll tax laws and reporting. This, coupled with a deterioration of customer service for the small business owner, brought about the creation of Coastal Payroll Solutions, Inc. Although we are a small, local company, our knowledge and experience are first-rate. Customer service and a commitment to excellence are the cornerstones of the Coastal Payroll Solutions philosophy. Born and raised in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, Bob graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1990 with a BS in Accounting. He became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1992 and is also a member of the AICPA and RISCPA. With a focus in corporate accounting and individual taxation, Bob has extensive experience in corporate finance, payroll, taxation and valuation. Born and raised in Warwick, Rhode Island, Brian graduated the University of Rhode Island in 1996 with a BS in Accounting. He became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1999 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA). With a focus in corporate and non-profit accounting, Brian has overseen payroll, financial reporting, auditing and taxation for countless companies and organizations.
