Coastal EMS was founded in 1998 by CEO Kenneth Jones, with the vision of providing higher quality medical care and customer service to the community. The philosophy of "service before self-interest" was the motivating factor in the establishment of a small organization that puts a focus on faith and family foremost to exemplify our standard of care. As with any small business, we have faced challenges that have tested our strength and ability to survive in both a fiscally challenging and competitive healthcare environment. It is with our dynamic leadership that Coastal has been able to stay the course with the ability to map our strategies for the future based upon our knowledge of historical and industrial trends.
