Coast Tool Company has been in the business of selling metalworking and industrial supplies for almost 65 years. Over this time period, manufacturing methods and techniques have changed substantially. Coast Tool's focus has been and continues to be on helping our customers implement the most current metal cutting technologies so that they can overc... ome their manufacturing challenges and increase their productivity, ultimately improving their bottom line. Coast Tool Company was founded in October 1945 by Russel Gilwee and Tyko Enbom. The company started as a manufacturer's representative firm. By 1947, the scope of the firm had shifted towards industrial distribution. The company was incorporated in 1959. Various product lines have been represented and sold throughout Northern California, Northern Nevada, and Southern Oregon over the years.
