Yes!!! Finally authentic Vietnamese that delivers to Flatiron + Chelsea!! Quick delivery and even when they accidentally gave us the wrong order they rushed over the correct one with no hassle! Ordered the Pho Bo which was very delicious - they even deliver it with a bowl so you can eat it on the go. The soup was still hot and when poured over the... raw meat, cooks it perfectly and made it tender. The Bun Ga Nuong (Chicken Vermicelli) was excellent as well. Highly, highly recommend them! Love the Pho Bo. I want to clarify that in Pho Bo, the meat is SUPPOSED to be red and raw. Then you pour on the broth when the broth is very hot, and the paper thin slices of beef cook, but only a little so that the meat is tender. If you have never had Pho Bo, it is understandable being frightened when seeing the red meat on top of the noodles! Excellent pho just when I needed it, fighting off a nasty flu! Delicious and satisfying. Important tip: Pho Bo beef is delivered rare because you're supposed to pour piping hot broth over it. Heat the broth before you mix it with the other ingredients and it'll cooked but perfectly tender! Love Co Ba- order from here more often than I'd like to admit but man, that pho ga is un-pho-ga-table (see what I did there?). I've probably ordered a dozen times and they only forgot part of my order once and immediately sent it over plus some dessert. Super quick delivery. I always get the Banh Mi Thit and it's pretty consistently good. The baguette is nice and crunchy, and all the ingredients seem fresh. Their $2 salad add on for lunch is also great, love the dressing.Read More
