C.M.A. Supply Co., Inc. was founded by William Updike in June of 1978 in Indianapolis, Indiana. After 5 years selling concrete and masonry supplies for industry leaders like W.R. Meadows, Sika and Greenstreak, Bill felt that the industry needed a change. So, with a commitment to providing customers with top quality products and excellent service at... a fair price, Bill opened his first location on Massachusetts Avenue with the help of 5 employees. After 14 years of unsurpassed service in the Indianapolis area, Bill expanded his area of operation by opening a location in Fort Wayne, Indiana (1992) and Louisville, Kentucky (1993) with assistance from a team of seasoned professionals at both locations. Bill's belief that quality products and service were the main focus of his business set the tone for all three C.M.A. locations. The business continued to thrive and grow under Bill's leadership and, once again, expanded in 2003 with the addition of the South Bend, Indiana and Cincinnati, Ohio branch offices, followed by the Toledo, Ohio location in 2008. Today, C.M.A. continues to offer first class service to customers in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and Southwest Michigan! In addition to the company's 6 supply houses, the company also can support you with your rebar detailing and fabrication needs while managing costs with C.M.A. Steel & Fabrication in Fort Wayne, Indiana which opened in 2006.
